Apple to drop iOS 13 support in iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and more
India TodayApple is scheduled to host its annual developer conference -- Worldwide Developers Conference 2019 -- at the McEnery Convention Centre in San Jose, California between June 3 and June 7. The iOS 12 is likely to be succeeded by Apple's next generation mobile operating system - the iOS 13 - which is likely to come with a slew of interesting features such as the dark mode and a redesigned home screen for the iPhone and the iPads. Now, nearly three week before the event kicks off, word is that Apple is likely to drop the support for the iOS 13 in some of its older iPhones including the Apple iPhone SE and the Apple iPhone 6. This means that when Apple starts rolling out the iOS 13 update to its newer iPhones, which includes its 2018 iPhones -- the iPhone XR, iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max - and its 2017 iPhones -- the iPhone X -- its older iPhones will be stuck on iOS 12.
