Hyderabad NGO deploys AI-powered app to transform primary healthcare in city’s urban slums

Hyderabad-based healthcare NGO Helping Hand Foundation has deployed an Artificial Intelligence -powered health application at the primary healthcare level in urban slums. Under a formal agreement, HHF will implement the MIDOC app across its 12 community-centric healthcare centres, which collectively served 5.56 lakh patients in 2024. “This allows seamless updates of new reports, real-time alerts for patients, and a structured approach to healthcare tracking,” said Mujtaba Hasan Askari of HHF. The app also provides AI-driven health insights, offering personalised preventive measures based on historical data.
