Jeremy Hunt offered to strip off and mud wrestle leadership rival Boris Johnson today after they jokingly clashed over who would win such a Tory battle royale. Asked who would win a wrestle between the two men, Mr Johnson said: 'I would defeat anybody in such a contest, were I obliged to do so' No melt: When the interview and the bold claim were brought to Mr Hunt's attention on social media, he offered to strip down and take on his rival Mr Johnson is known to have been a keen sportsman in his younger days and showed his skill at rugby when he knocked over a schoolboy on a trip to Tokyo while mayor of London. Mr Johnson remains the overwhelming choice of Tory members to be the next party leader and prime minister despite a week of serious campaign setbacks, a new poll reveals today. In the equivalent poll last week, which featured the last four contenders including Sajid Javid and Michael Gove, Mr Hunt scored just 11 per cent.
