Medical institutes urged to submit applications for new PG qualifications

The National Medical Commission has invited medical colleges and institutes to apply for the inclusion of new postgraduate medical qualifications. Eligible medical colleges or institutes planning to introduce new PG medical qualifications must submit their proposals to the NMC. They must also attach two key documents: Standard Assessment Form Part-A: Institutional details common across all PG specialities. Institutions offering undergraduate, postgraduate, or super-speciality qualifications can apply for approval if the proposed qualification is not already listed in the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations-2023.
