The National Law University, Delhi has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Justice Indu Malhotra, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India to establish a Chair on Investment Treaty Arbitration. As part of this initiative, NLU Delhi has now released details of the Post Graduate Diploma Certificate Course on International Commercial Arbitration and Investment Treaty Arbitration. This course will impart a comprehensive understanding of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration to the candidates, equipping them with the skills to manage and resolve cross-border disputes in a globalized economy.
