Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai announced on Monday that the odd-even car rationing scheme will be implemented in the city from November 13 to November 20 in view of the worsening air quality. Rai's announcement came following a high-level meeting on the increasing air pollution in Delhi and the national capital region, chaired by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Delhi was put under Centre's Stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan on Sunday amid 'severe' air quality.
