A.P. CM tells officials to make all government services accessible through WhatsApp within six months

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has asked the officials to make all government services accessible through WhatsApp so that people need not visit the government offices. The entire government service system should be available to the people via WhatsApp within the next three to six months,” the Chief Minister said. As part of this initiative, Mr. Naidu suggested that real-time GPS tracking for APSRTC buses should be made available via WhatsApp, adding that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams services will also be integrated with the WhatsApp governance. Moreover, Mr. Naidu stated that if necessary, discussions will be held with the Central government to facilitate railway ticket bookings via WhatsApp.
