Ram Mandir consecration invites carry deity's image, booklet on temple movement
India TodayWith days left for the grand consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, invitation cards are being sent out to over 7,000 guests across the country. India Today photo An image of the upcoming Ram temple is on the cover of the main invitation card and below it is printed 'Shree Ram Dham', and further below it 'Ayodhya'. The ceremony card lists the chief guests of the consecration ceremony, which includes 'Prime Minister, Bharat', Narendra Modi, RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and president of the temple trust Mahant Nritya Gopal Das. The main invitation card contains the details of the consecration ceremony and said it was a day to mark "Ram Lala's return to the original seat at the new grand temple-home". General secretary of the temple trust, Champat Rai also said family members of the 50 karsevaks who died during the Ram temple movement have also been invited.
