Read our privacy policy Two passengers were ejected from an easyJet flight after being “aggressive” towards crew members. EasyJet made the following statement to The Independent: “We can confirm that flight EZY8905 from London Gatwick to Gibraltar was required to divert to Bordeaux and met by police as a result of two passengers behaving disruptively. “Whilst such incidents are rare, we take them very seriously and do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff.” Incidents of disruptive passengers on flights aren’t uncommon. In June, an “intoxicated” rugby team sexually and verbally harassed other passengers, screamed profanities and openly used e-cigarettes on an easyJet flight from Bordeaux to Lisbon.
