3 of family die after fire breaks out at residential building in Hyderabad

Three members of a family, including a 7-year-old boy, died after a fire broke out at a residential building in Telangana on Sunday. The fire broke out around 4 am at a timber depot and spread to the nearby three-storied building in the Kushaiguda area. Reports also revealed that the four other occupants of the building suffered minor injuries while some of them managed to escape as the fire engulfed the building. A preliminary investigation revealed that the fire had been set off by a short circuit at a timber store and that a gas cylinder later exploded, which led to the blaze.
