COVID: Delhi High Court Seeks Reply On Plea For Declaring Fair Price Shop Dealers As Frontline Workers

The Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to file its reply on a petition seeking declaration of Fair price shop dealers as frontline workers amid Covid-19 pandemic. The petition has been filed by the filed by Delhi Ration Dealers Union.The petitioners, a union of 70 fair price shop owners, submit that due to pandemic, ration shop dealers/ Fair Price shop owners were ordered.
