Under the label Azzura, Monisha Jaising is responsible for pre-empting prêt as she made inroads into the international arena way before the inception of India Fashion Week. HT Image Monisha Jaising graduated from the American college for applied arts in London in the year 1989 with a bachelor's degree in fashion design. Monisha got noticed due to her wonderful prints, the softness and sculpt of her professional cutting and her price consciousness. Though Monisha is a well-respected name in the Indian designer segments very few people are aware that this lady retails at the more popular designer wear stores in the world such as Voyage, in London; Ensemble in Mumbai and New Delhi and now @esthetics in Dubai.
