Khushbu Sundar, National Vice President of BJP and leader of the Tamil Nadu BJP Women’s Wing speaking about the party’s "Justice Yatra" to seek justice for the Anna University sexual assault survivor, said, "we won’t stop until we get justice." Sundar criticised the state government’s handling of law and order issues, claiming the situation has worsened over the past four years. "This is not a party issue, it’s about the safety of women and children in Tamil Nadu," she emphasised. "We’ve witnessed numerous cases of sexual assault and tragedies like Kallakurichi and Kanyakumari, where justice has been delayed or denied," she said.
