The anti-corruption body can inquire into corruption complaints against Prime Minister, Union Minister, Members of Parliament, Group A, B, C and D category of employees among others. The Lokpal shall not enquire into corruption complaints against Prime Minister if the matter relates to international relations, external and internal security, public order, atomic energy and space.
