49ers LB Dre Greenlaw ejected after altercation with Eagles head of security
New York Times49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw and Philadelphia Eagles head of security Dom DiSandro were both ejected in the third quarter of San Francisco’s 42-19 win following a brief altercation on the sideline. The officials had a flag for Greenlaw for a personal foul, and there was “continuing action,” NFL senior vice president of officiating Walt Anderson said. Anderson said that DiSandro “was contributing to that escalation.” Anderson also mentioned an NFL rule that “does not afford us the ability to help the officials in throwing a flag that they do not throw for a non-player.” After the game, 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan did not hold back his thoughts on the Greenlaw and DiSandro incident. pic.twitter.com/rnylqh4pWY — FOX Sports: NFL December 3, 2023 Eagles head of security "Big Dom" was ejected from the Eagles-49ers game after getting into an altercation with San Francisco linebacker Dre Greenlaw 😅 🎥 @JimmyKempskipic.twitter.com/c9zag4s8HA — The Athletic December 3, 2023 Who is ‘Big Dom’ DiSandro?
