Hit-and-run case: HC grants bail to accused
Deccan ChronicleHYDERABAD: Justice K. Surender of the Telangana High Court on Friday granted bail to one of the accused in a hit-and-run case. Final hearing on Kotha Cheruvu A two-judge bench of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice T. Vinod Kumar defer-red hearing on a writ plea that challenged proceedings issued with respect to acquiring land within the full tank level limits of Kotha Cheruvu / Naya talab of Nirmal. Some schools not under RTE Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice T Vinod Kumar declared that the provisions of the Right to Education Act, 2009 do not apply to non-aided minority education institutions. In the appeal, the bench made clear that as laid down by the Supreme Court, non-aided minority education institutions were not governed by the provisions of the Act. Medical seat for transgender Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice T. Vinod Kumar granted time to the state government, the Centre and Kaloji Narayan Rao University to comply with a direction for providing a medical seat to a transgender doctor.
