Gurugram: Three suspects were booked for allegedly assaulting a software firm director after barging inside a doctor’s clinic in Sector 40, police said on Saturday. Sensing trouble, Batra called the police control room which sent an emergency response vehicle but by the time police reached the spot, the three suspects assaulted Batra again and fled from the spot. A senior police officer said that the house owner picked a steel water bottle and slammed it on Batra’s face, resulting in a deep cut above one of his eyes and cheek.
