SHE teams organise ‘Embrace Equality’ run

HYDERABAD: In a run-up to International Women’s Day, Hyderabad SHE Teams organised an ‘Embrace Equity’ run from People’s Plaza here on Monday. Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari flagged off the run along with DGP Anjani Kumar and city police commissioner C.V. Anand. Addressing the crowd, Santhi Kumari said, “SHE Teams stand foremost in terms of ensuring the safety of women. Explore all opportunities out there.” Retracing the journey and services of SHE Teams, DGP Anjani Kumar said “Hyderabad is the safest city for women in the country.” Anand assured that safety of women remains top priority.
