Alok Nath replies to CINTAA and IFTDA, asks them to withdraw the notices

Alok Nath was issued notices by two top film bodies after allegations of sexual assault were levelled against him by writer-producer Vinta Nanda. Alok Nath and his legal team have requested the association to withdraw their show cause notice. It is also the matter of experience that time and again, false and fabricate complaints are filed including complaint of serious nature inviting serious sections and serious penal sections and ultimately the persons against whom the allegations are made are being acquitted by the Court and thereafter the complaint by itself is quashed by the Court." Alok Nath and his wife Ashu have also filed a defamation case against writer-producer Vinta Nanda for alleging that Nath sexually harassed and raped her 19 years back.
