Google stated in a blog post that Google Maps is now available for the iPhone and it is rolling out across the world in the Apple App Store. Google states, “The world around us is constantly changing and, thanks to feedback from you, we make tens of thousands of daily updates to keep Google Maps accurate and comprehensive.” Google also has provided a hint for the new app, and they state that if something they see is off, all one needs to do is shake the phone to send Google feedback. As of now, the Google Maps app does not seem to be available in the Indian App Store. With the iOS Maps not having features that are up to par, the Google Maps app is a welcome addition to the App Store.
