Breaking: Upper Age Limit Restored For CLAT [Read Notification]
The Common Law Admission core committee Today has issued the notification restoring the upper age limit for CLAT-2017.Notification states that in conformity with the Judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the resoslution No. BCI:D:1519 – 6 dated 17-09-2016 of the Bar Council of India the Core Committee CLAT-2017 has restored the upper age limit for. BCI:D:1519 – 6 dated 17-09-2016 of the Bar Council of India the Core Committee CLAT-2017 has restored the upper age limit for CLAT-2017as follows:- The Candidates to be eligible to appear in CLAT-2017 should be below Twenty Years of age as on 1st July, 2017 for candidates belonging to unreserved categories and Should be below Twenty Two Years of age as on 1st July, 2017 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/specially Abled Persons categories.” It is also mentioned in the notification that no representations in this regard shall be entertained by CLAT-2017.
