Online Applications For Kerala Judicial Service Exam 2023 Invited From 1st Feb
Live LawOnline applications are invited from qualified candidates for appointment to the post of Munsiff-Magistrate in the Kerala Judicial Service against NCA and Regular vacancies from 1st February. The first stage is the Kerala Judicial Service Examination and the second stage is the Kerala Judicial Service Examination, consisting of a written examination and a viva-voce. Recruitment by Transfer: The notification reads that no officer in service shall be eligible for appointment as Munsiff-Magistrate by transfer unless they hold a degree in law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an advocate, not below the age of 54 years of age and is an approved probationer in any one or more of the feeder categories. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted on 14th May 2023 and it shall consist of one paper of objective type test on CPC, CrPC, Indian Evidence Act, IPC, Constitution of India, Indian Contract Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Transfer of Property Act, Specific Relief Act, Kerala Building Act and Reasoning and Mental ability.
