Mangaluru to have its first non-West Asia international flight to Singapore from January

Mangaluru will have its first non-West Asia international flight when Air India Express introduces twice-a-week flight between Mangaluru International Airport and Changi Airport in Singapore from January 21. Brijesh Chowta, MP, said: “It was wonderful to know in the new year Mangaluru will have two direct flights between Mangaluru and Singapore operated by Air India Express”. Chowta also announced Air India Express operating a daily flight between Mangaluru and Delhi, and two flights on Saturdays to Pune. The non-stop Delhi flight leaves MIA at 6.40 a.m. to reach Delhi at 9.35 a.m., while the Mangaluru service departs Delhi at 6.40 a.m. to reach MIA at 9.35 a.m. from February 1.
