Beckham’s secural of a 10 per cent share means that the Class of ‘92 are now majority shareholders in the National League club, owning a total of 60 per cent. Beckham, who also owns a stake in Major League Soccer franchise Inter Miami, said: "It's a proud moment for me to join Peter Lim and the Class of 92 lads as an owner of Salford City FC. Beckham will join forces with his former teammates “We grew up in Salford, carved our careers here and that’s why we are doing what we are doing at Salford City.
