Rosie O’Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell was bailed out of jail by her birth mother last week after more than a month in custody following an arrest on child abuse and drug charges. Chelsea was arrested in Amberg, Wisconsin on September 10 after a search warrant was executed, and charged with felony child neglect, methamphetamine possession, THC possession and overseeing a place where drug trafficking was taking place.
