Serial killer involved in various murders on trains arrested by Secunderabad Railway police

The Government Railway Police of Secunderabad have arrested a notorious serial killer allegedly responsible for multiple murders across various trains in India. The accused, identified as Rahul alias Bholu, a 29-year-old driver from Rohtak district in Haryana, was apprehended after he reportedly brutally murdered a female passenger aboard the Belagavi-Manuguru Express on November 23, 2024. The victim, identified as Ramanamma, 46, a resident of Ballari district in Karnataka, had boarded the train from Tornagallu railway station to visit her daughter in Hyderabad. His other crimes included the murder of a female Muslim passenger in the Pune-Kanyakumari train in October 2024, the alleged strangulation of an elderly passenger in the Husnur-Mangalore train a week later, the murder and rape of a young girl in Gujarat, and the killing of another elderly passenger in the Katihar-Howrah train in November 2024.
