First, open communication with your partner about any concerns can alleviate unnecessary pressure and foster a supportive environment.” She added, “Secondly, reducing everyday stress and adopting a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and adequate sleep, can significantly enhance overall well-being, positively impacting sexual confidence.
