UP Woman Aspiring For Delhi Police Job Turns Bus Driver, Says 'No Work is Too Difficult'

When life gives opportunities to survive, one should take them up fearlessly – this is the lesson that a woman bus driver from Uttar Pradesh teaches peoples through her life. An aspirant of a job in Delhi police, Ved Kumari sets examples for many women as she is the first woman driver of a bus running on the Kaushambi-Ghaziabad to Budaun route, employed by the Uttar Pradesh roadways. As per an India Today report, she received heavy vehicle driving training from the Model Driving Training and Research Institute in Kanpur in 2021 with support of the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation under the Skill Development Mission. Kumari said that she came across the “No work is too difficult, and women can do anything they set their minds to,” India Today quoted the woman driver as saying.
