US President-elect Donald Trump called Joe Biden the "worst president in the history" of America as he blamed the Democrat's "open borders policy" for the series of violent attacks in the first couple of days of the New Year. Trump also accused Biden and his supporters of causing lasting damage to the country, labelling them "election-interfering thugs". "With Biden's 'Open Borders Policy', I said many times during rallies and elsewhere that radical Islamic terrorism and other forms of violent crime would become so bad in America that it would be hard to even imagine," Trump wrote on X. In another post earlier on Wednesday, without mentioning the New Orleans attack, Trump claimed that the US had become a "disaster" and the "laughing stock" of the world.
