The HinduLeaders of the Democratic Youth Federation of India State committee have urged the government to allow all the candidates who had qualified in the preliminary round examination of the police constable recruitment examination to participate in the physical tests. In a statement on January 24, the federation’s State president Y. Ramu and secretary G. Recalling that the previous YSR Congress Party government had issued a notification for recruitment of 6,100 police constable posts on November 28, 2022, they said 95,208 of the total 4,59,182 candidates who appeared for the preliminary round of exam held on January 22, 2023 qualified in it. The DYFI leaders demanded that the government allow all candidates who qualified in the preliminary exams to participate in the physical events.
