Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of the 450-bedded Namo Hospital in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Prime Minister also launched multiple public welfare projects worth over ₹2,500 crore, including new hospitals, schools, and critical infrastructure initiatives aimed at enhancing public services and healthcare accessibility. A significant highlight of the event was the demonstration of Misso, India’s first indigenously developed AI-powered robotic system for knee replacement surgery, presented by Meril’s CEO, Mr. Vivek Shah. Misso represents a proud milestone in India’s journey towards self-reliance in advanced medical technology," said Mr. Vivek Shah, CEO, Meril.
