Major Delhi govt parent-teaching meeting on April 30

On Monday, Education Minister Atishi announced that a mega parent-teacher meeting would be held on April 30 in all MCD and Delhi government schools. The AAP government considers education a top priority and plans to introduce a similar education model in MCD schools as in Delhi government schools, she said. MCD Mayor Shelly Oberoi echoed Atishi's sentiments and stressed the crucial role parents play in their children's education. She explained that the PTM would provide an opportunity for one-to-one communication between parents and teachers and also allow parents to assess the school's environment and surroundings.
