Report: Jimmy Fallon accused of erratic behavior, lashing out and creating a toxic workplace

Jimmy Fallon has been accused of creating and fueling a toxic work environment on the set of "The Tonight Show," per a new report from Rolling Stone that spotlights two current and 14 ex-staffers.
