In an interview with CNN, Rep. Pramila Jayapal said the $1.5 trillion figure put forward by Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia was too small for progressives in the House to support. Sanders told "This Week" on ABC that $3.5 trillion "should be a minimum," but said, "I accept that there's going to have to be give and take."
