Dildar Ansaari of Pakiza Plaza in Chandni Chowk says that an increasing number of brides are opting for blue not just for their reception or engagement wear, but also for the wedding dress itself. A big reason behind this is that many families consider red the most auspicious colour for the newly weds and therefore a necessity for the wedding day attire of the bride.
