SC Appoints Sr Adv P S Narasimha As Mediator To Resolve Disputes Of BCCI Administration [Read Order]

The Supreme Court yesterday appointed Senior Advocate P S Narasimha as a mediator to resolve disputes pertaining to administration of Board of Control of Cricket in India.The bench of Justices S A Bobde and A M Sapre has also directed that no no Court or Tribunal in India shall entertain or proceed with any matter pertaining to BCCI or any State Cricket Association till Narsimha. The Supreme Court yesterday appointed Senior Advocate P S Narasimha as a mediator to resolve disputes pertaining to administration of Board of Control of Cricket in India. The bench of Justices S A Bobde and A M Sapre has also directed that no no Court or Tribunal in India shall entertain or proceed with any matter pertaining to BCCI or any State Cricket Association till Narsimha submits his report. The Supreme Court on 30 January 2017 nominated a four-member panel Committee of Administrators to look after the administration of the BCCI in order to implement reforms suggested by Justice Lodha committee.
