Odd-even scheme deep insult to law abiding citizens: Delhi BJP chief to CM Arvind Kejriwal
India TodayDelhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari on Saturday wrote a letter to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, urging him not to implement the odd-even scheme in the state. In the letter, Manoj Tiwari slammed the AAP government and said that implementing the odd-even scheme was merely a publicity stunt and a gimmick to distract the people in Delhi from core issues. Manoj Tiwari said, "Your government's decision to stick to the odd-even scheme speaks volumes of your inability to come up with any scientific and reasonable measure to fight air pollution." "As the completely unproductive five-year tenure of your government is coming to an end, you should show some resolve to at least strengthen the DTC fleet with Electric and CNG buses which will be a great service to the people of Delhi and a genuine step to fight air pollution," Manoj Tiwari said in his letter to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
