The Hindu Lit For Life to feature celebrated speakers, curated discussions, workshops, and more

The Hindu

The Hindu Lit for Life, The Hindu’s annual literature festival, is just around the corner. The literature festival will have Dr. Abraham Verghese, Jenny Erpenbeck, Michael Hofmann, Shashi Tharoor, Peter Frankopan, Nalini Malani, Amal Allana, Sunitha Krishnan, and Aruna Roy, to name a few, as speakers. In addition to various curated discussions on politics, current affairs, sport, culture, and other topics, The Hindu Lit For Life will offer hands-on creative workshops on writing, art, and more. Session for children The festival will also have a separate session for children between eight and 15 years by popular British author David Walliams, which will be held on January 18 from 2.15 p.m. to 3.05 p.m. A child can be accompanied by one adult only, and those interested can register for this session at https://bit.ly/LFLDW or via the QR code below. Imprint: The Paper and Book Project, curated by Sharan Apparao and Shijo Jacob, which looks at the connections between art and literature, is yet another highlight of The Hindu Lit For Life.
