Apple Silicon M1-based MacBook Air and MacBook Pro launched, will now run iOS apps along with Mac programs

At what was its last -- and aptly titled -- event for the year, Cupertino-based tech giant, Apple, announced "One more thing" for 2020. Apple Silicon M1-based MacBook Air, Mac mini and MacBook Pro: Price and specifications With today's announcement, Apple has fulfilled its promise of starting the process of migrating its entire line-up of MacBooks and eventually iMacs to custom-built Apple Silicon chips. This Mac mini also uses the same M1 chipset being used in Apple's new MacBook Air. The Mac mini supports up to two displays including Apple’s Pro Display XDR in full 6K resolution, and Wi-Fi 6 for faster wireless performance and the Secure Enclave in M1 for "best-in-class" security. At the One More Thing event, the company also slipped in a third Apple Silicon M1 chip-based mac in the form of the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
