The Deadpool & Wolverine wave is truly taking over all fields. During Billie Joe Armstrong’s performance at Green Day’s Saviors tour on Monday night, his band members took up the opportunity to join him as Deadpool and Wolverine. In a video shared on the band’s social media handles, Armstrong could be seen trying hard to control his laugh to finish the song while his costumed bandmates continued to mess with him. The best part comes at the very end, as once the song ends, Cool channels his inner Deadpool and yells, ‘Baby knife’, the character’s nickname for his small knife. It is worth mentioning that Green Day’s Good Riddance song had a special part in Deadpool & Wolverine during the end credits alongside the BTS footage.
