Antilia case: Witnesses recount key details of Mansukh Hiren murder

A total of 302 witnesses, including 20 key ones, support the NIA case against the 10 accused in the Antilia bomb scare and Mansukh Hiren murder case of February-March this year. Some witnesses had worked with key conspirator Sachin Vaze and were with him when the plan to allegedly create the bomb hoax outside Mukesh Ambani's house, Antilia, was being carried out. Vaze had driven the Scorpio car, which was parked near Antilia, and exited from the left of the car, and got into the Innova driven by one of the key witnesses. He said: -He told me that he had received a phone call from Shelar bhai saying that he had to go with Shelar bhai to Virar on a four-wheeler and he drove a four-wheeler in which Shelar bhai and two more associates of theirs including one person named Tanni had accompanied him; -that he was asked by Shelar to drive the four-wheeler towards Virar, and enroute, he was asked to stop the vehicle wherein Shelar bhai got some person into the vehicle who was made to sit in the middle of the rear seat and Shelar bhai asked Manish to drive ahead; -that while he was driving, he heard a violent sound of that person; -that Shelar bhai asked Manish to keep driving and Manish saw on the inside rear view mirror of the vehicle the person was being gagged by Tanni and killed; -that Shelar bhai directed Manish to drive ahead towards a lonely dark stretch on a big bridge where he was asked to stop the vehicle; -that the body of that dead person was taken out of the vehicle by Shelar bhai and the two others including Tanni and then thrown below from the bridge; -that Shelar bhai asked Manish to drive back in the direction from where they had come.
