Students, NSUI pushes for cancellation of Assam Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021
India TodayStudents across Assam are currently demanding the cancellation of Class 10 and Class 12 board exams in the state in view of the Covid-19 pandemic, and have started an online campaign on Twitter to amplify the reasons behind their demands. Despite the cries of students and parents to cancel the Assam Class 10 and 11 board exams, the state government has not issued any final statement yet. Cancel SEBA, AHSEC Exams immediately: NSUI In their official statement on Twitter, the Assam wing of NSUI demanded the immediate cancellation of the Assam Class 10 and 12 board exams in the state, keeping in mind the future of the students in the middle of the current pandemic situation. Earlier, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had also told PTI that the final decision regarding the conduction of the state board exams will be announced after CBSE released the assessment criteria for the Class 12 students.
