Some Canberra commuters struggling to navigate MyWay+ almost two months on from launch

Almost two months since Canberra's new public transport ticketing system was launched some commuters are still finding it hard navigate. 'Still a long way to go' Public Transport Association of Canberra chair Ryan Hemsley says it was a mistake for Transport Canberra to launch the MyWay+ system in November. He described the online MyWay+ portal as a "visual disaster", arguing the website needed be "built from the ground up", taking particularly aim at the system's live service updates. Transport Canberra 'improving the system' Transport Canberra Deputy Director General Ben McHugh said he's "really comfortable" with how the system is settling in across the city. Transport Canberra has previously said it will release updates to the MyWay+ system to improve the customer experience, and has encouraged users to ensure their MyWay+ app is the latest version available.
