Hindustan TimesAhead of the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha election, the age of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi are in discussion after Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal said Narendra Modi would retire next year after turning 75.
