Children show off their skills at launch of Chennai Photo Biennale’s phase 2

“I am very proud that I’m The event’s phase 2 comprised four primary shows — ‘Love and Light: A Site of Infinite Possibilities’, ‘What Makes Me Click!’, ‘CPB4 Open Call Showcase’, and ‘Alt:Analog’ — besides eight invite-only ones. Ms. Sadhana’s photograph shows a small boy with a mobile phone sitting crouched while the shadows of the photographer and that of a window grill fall on him. ‘Love and Light: A Site of Infinite Possibilities’ is a retrospective on photographer Sunil Gupta, curated by Charan Singh. So, this is very unusual and different for me.” Apart from these two shows, phase two of the exhibition includes ‘CPB 4 Open Call Showcase’, which features 40 photographers for the first time via an open call.
