Is it time for the Bears to think about Justin Fields and their future at QB?

The Athletic has live coverage of Bears vs. It’s not time to put in Tyson Bagent or Nathan Peterman, but after another loss — albeit to the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs — in which Justin Fields was 11-for-22 for 99 yards with a touchdown pass while down 38 points and an interception, when does the organization reach the stage of, “We’ve seen enough”? It’s something for general manager Ryan Poles, president Kevin Warren and chairman George McCaskey to analyze — whether or not that trio can oversee the correct calls made at quarterback, well, the evidence isn’t there. There’s still time for the offensive line to get healthy and for Fields to get in a rhythm — he was without three offensive line starters Sunday, having to play behind yet another combination. Here’s the problem — Fields isn’t the only quarterback in football having to adjust to a live pass rush or defenses that are mixing up coverages.
