IAS officer files complaint against Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, top officials

A suspended IAS officer has lodged a complaint against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and several top government officials at Gardanibagh police station in Patna. Sudhir Kumar, a 1987 batch IAS officer, reached the police station on Saturday and was allegedly made to wait for four hours before he was given a receipt of his written complaint.
