Andhra Pradesh: All Flood-Hit Families in ASR District Return Home

Visakhapatnam: All the flood-affected families that had been evacuated to relief centres have returned to their respective homes as on Saturday evening, said ASR district collector A.S. Dinesh Kumar. He underlined that power supply has been restored to all the four mandals in Chintoor division of the district, except for one habitation. Out of 29,203 affected families, special assistance amount has been distributed to 26,568 families. The collector pointed out that 191 villages had been affected in four mandals of Chittoor division, including Chintoor, V.R.
