According to 9To5Mac, a new bug in iOS 9.3 is affecting iPhones and users are unable to open links in Safari, Messages, Mail, Notes and other apps. Last week, a bug in Apple’s iOS 9.3 update made older model iPads and iPhones bricked the devices if the AppleID and password were entered incorrectly.
