From the Heart to the Pan: A Father’s Day Treat

Ingredients: For the Base: · Stahl Artisan Hybrid pan · 2 tbsp espresso · 350 ml fresh cream · 15 gm gelatin · 1 tsp vanilla essence · 60 gm sugar For the Espresso Syrup: · 100 ml espresso · 3-4 tbsp sugar To Garnish: · Espresso syrup · Chocolate shavings Steps: For the Base: Bloom Gelatin: In a small bowl, bloom 15 gm of gelatin in 50 ml of warm water. Heat Cream Mixture: In a saucepan, combine 350 ml of fresh cream and 60 gm of sugar. For the Espresso Syrup: Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine 100 ml of espresso with 3-4 tbsp of sugar. Cook Syrup: Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture thickens to a syrupy consistency.
